Yes, Fontana Pointe is an income restricted community. The development is designed for residents earning 50% and 60% of the area median income. You must meet our income qualifications to qualify.
How can I pay rent?
We offer online payment options through our Resident Portal.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed.
What is the pet deposit or monthly pet rent?
The pet fee and pet rent is determined by your PetScreening.com Fido Score. Royal American utilizes PetScreening.com to screen household pets, validate reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals, and confirm every resident understands our pet policies. All current and future residents are required to create a PetScreening.com Profile, even if there is not going to be a pet in the apartment. If a pet will reside in the apartment, upon completion of the PetScreening.com Profile, a Fido Score will be generated for each pet. The Fido Score determines whether the pet is accepted and the applicable pet fees that apply. The non-refundable pet fee and the monthly pet rent are not required for approved assistance animals.
